Responsibilities
- Lead field crews with direct responsibility for safety and work quality
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in critical environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to field technicians
- Document findings clearly for client delivery
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations including NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NETA MTS, and NEC
Requirements
- Active NETA Certification with 5+ years of LV/MV electrical testing and maintenance experience
- Proficiency in core testing procedures, including insulation resistance, breaker timing, hi-pot, relay testing, and thermographic surveys
- Experience leading field crews with direct responsibility for safety and work quality
- A safety-first mindset with high standards for yourself and your team
