.NET Systems Developer

Tasks

• Participation in requirement and design sessions
• Serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical staff
• Serve as technical lead for interfacing with legacy applications
• Serve as technical lead for new designs incorporating WPF and WCF functionality
• Establish UI design standards
• Guide team of technical staff in conducting reviews
• Mentor senior developers in the use of MVVM patterns
• Mentor senior developers in the use of the pre-established development framework for the Connections application
• Developing appropriate system documentation
• Performing reviews of other developers' checked-in WCF, WPF, and .NET code

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience designing, developing and supporting child welfare applications under the SACWIS or CCWIS federal regulations
• 72 months experience developing applications using VB.NET and .net framework 4.0 or above
• 72 months experience developing applications using WPF
• 72 months experience developing applications using WCF
• 72 months experience developing applications using the MVC, MVVM, or similar patterns
• 84 months experience using ODP.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, packages in minimum version of Oracle 10g or higher
• 72 months experience performing regression and integration testing
• 60 months experience writing unit tests using Rhino Mocks
