🚀 WE’RE HIRING: .NET FULL STACK TECHNICAL LEAD 📍 Location: Nashville, TN (Remote) 💼 Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (as applicable) 🛂 Visa: US Citizens (USC) and Green Card (GC) holders only Position Overview We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server, along with proven technical leadership skills and the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Design scalable frontend and backend application architectures. Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC. Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases. Integrate RESTful APIs and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions on time. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
