.NET Full Stack (Azure/AWS)

About the role

This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Angular/React, and Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) who thrives in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular/React, SQL Server, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Partner with clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive both technical and functional project deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
• Collaborate closely with offshore and cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Optimize application and database performance while maintaining reliability, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Represent the team in client discussions, providing technical expertise and delivery leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of modern development practices and technologies.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#
• Front-end development expertise in Angular and/or React
• Experience with SQL Server and performance optimization
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Proven Technical Lead experience leading development teams and complex projects
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage both functional and technical workstreams
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $117,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
