About the role
The Division is expanding its team to enhance DevOps initiatives and deliver secure, high-quality technical solutions for educational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable DevOps processes for enterprise applications
- Lead automation, CI/CD, and cloud initiatives, streamlining workflows with centralized code repositories
- Evaluate and enhance coding practices by integrating automated scanning tools for code quality and security
- Proactively manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement throughout development cycles
- Optimize processes for code branching, merging, and releasing to ensure seamless and efficient deployments
- Automate build and deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and maximize operational efficiency
- Enhance unit and integration test coverage to guarantee reliability and performance of applications
- Demonstrate proficiency in .NET Core, applying structured, pattern-based development practices for complex logic implementations
Requirements
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
- Experience with security practices including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
- Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, GIT, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Experience with automated testing, documentation, Test Driven Development, and gating deployments
- TSQL language skills with MS SQL
- Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools
