About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Developer for a full-time position within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our enterprise software development team, leading the design, enhancement, and maintenance of complex applications supporting critical government operations. This role requires a senior-level developer capable of translating functional requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions using modern React and .NET technologies. The Developer III will provide technical leadership through peer reviews, defect resolution, performance tuning, and mentoring junior team members. Additionally, the role involves building and supporting automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring streamlined deployment processes, and maintaining high standards of security and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of six years of progressive experience in software development, web application design, and application operations is required. Demonstrated proficiency in developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining full-stack web applications with C#, current .NET platforms, React, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs is essential. Candidates should have experience supporting enterprise applications, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing performance. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, secure software development practices, and cloud hosting—particularly Azure—is highly desirable. U.S. citizenship and ability to meet Public Trust requirements are mandatory. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex full-stack applications utilizing .NET, C#, REST APIs, and React-based user interfaces.Translate functional requirements into secure, efficient technical designs, reusable components, and interface contracts.Assess and improve existing application architecture, resolve complex production defects, and reduce technical debt to enhance application reliability and performance.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated validation, testing, packaging, deployment, and release verification.Apply secure coding practices, conduct code reviews, and manage dependencies to ensure vulnerability remediation and compliance with security standards.Leverage Azure cloud services for hosting, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications, utilizing telemetry data for operational insights.Collaborate effectively with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within Agile frameworks.Mentor less-experienced developers, establish engineering standards, and provide technical guidance across application lifecycle activities.
