.Net Dev Lead with AI experience (Gen AI/Copilot/Github)

About the role

Vytwo Technologies is seeking a highly skilled .Net Developer Lead with extensive experience in AI technologies (Gen AI, Copilot, GitHub). The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable and high-performance applications using .NET and C#.
• Design and implement robust database solutions, including relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain REST and Web APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and company vision.
• Optimize data pipeline performance and resource utilization.
• Implement and manage container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply SOLID principles and design patterns in software development.
• Ensure high availability and throughput of services through effective stress testing and management.
• Work with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and collaborate with remote teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience developing with Microsoft technologies, including .NET and C#.
• Strong experience with object-oriented programming and algorithms/data structures.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and scripting languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and container orchestration.
• Understanding of and experience with REST and SOAP services, Web APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with distributed event streaming platforms and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Experience with TPL, async/await methods, and control-m design.

Desired Experience

• Experience with MongoDB and Aerospike.
• Good understanding of Postgres SQL.
• Experience with implementing API standards (OpenAPI, RestfulAPI).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, PCF).
• Strong understanding of financial industry.
