.NET Dev Lead
About the role
Vytwo Technologies is seeking a highly skilled .NET Development Lead to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Austin, or Denver. This position offers a competitive salary of $125,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex .NET applications using C# and other Microsoft technologies.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business needs.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipeline performance and resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and improve data processing and streaming.
- Implement and manage container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and optimize control-m designs and flows for edge use-cases.
- Work with distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Manage large volumes of transactions and ensure high availability and throughput.
- Develop and apply SOLID principles and design patterns in project development.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and collaborate with diverse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience developing with Microsoft technologies, including .NET and C#.
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, scripting languages, and efficient storage/retrieval techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
- Experience with container orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with GCP tools and services.
- Experience with control-m design and development.
- Experience with Task Parallel Library (TPL), async/await methods.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with REST or SOAP services and Web APIs.
- Experience with MongoDB and/or Aerospike or other NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Postgres SQL.
- Experience implementing OpenAPI and Restful APIs.
- Experience in cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform, PCF).
- Strong understanding of the financial industry is a plus.
