Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Logic & Integration Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies to design, build, and manage backend services and integrations for a medical imaging platform. The role focuses on API development, data workflows, and integrating AI-driven outputs into radiology applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend business logic using .NET (C#)
- Build and manage ASP.NET Core-based services for data processing and system integration
- Implement data integration workflows across multiple systems and components
- Work with radiology data structures and clinical workflows
- Integrate AI Agent outputs and external AI-driven results into the platform
- Handle demo study loading, data orchestration, and end-to-end data flow
- Collaborate with frontend developers, AI teams, and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code
Required Skills
- Strong experience in .NET (C#)
- Solid experience in API design and development (RESTful services, Web APIs)
- Experience with data integration and workflow orchestration
- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with radiology workflows and data structures
- Basic understanding of medical imaging standards (DICOM)
- Exposure to healthcare systems and interoperability standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into production systems
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management)
- Experience with messaging systems (AWS Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in medical imaging platforms or radiology viewers
- Familiarity with real-time data processing or streaming systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently
Pay
$120,000 – $130,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
