Required Skills
- Mastery of .NET 8+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Advanced expertise in C# and TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, AKS).
- Deep knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (CosmosDB).
- Expert-level command of Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
System Architecture
Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud-native .NET applications.
Team Leadership
- Mentor 5–10 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.
- Define engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for the department.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish foundational frameworks and code critical system components.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years as a software architect.
- Leadership: 2+ years of direct experience managing or leading agile development teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
