Nephrology Physician Opportunity with BayCare Medical Group – Join a Growing Team in St. Petersburg, Florida
About the role
Join a dedicated team of four Board Certified Nephrologists providing high quality, patient-centered care. Collaborative and collegial team environment with excellent infrastructure and support staff. Position is needed due to significant and sustained growth within the practice. Diverse patient care settings, including outpatient clinic, hospital, and dialysis centers. Shared call schedule of 15.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and dialysis centers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in shared call schedule of 15.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the nephrology practice through clinical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility by The American Board of Internal Medicine, Nephrology.
- Ability to obtain a Florida medical license.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
- Experience in nephrology preferred.
