About the role

Join our Nephrology team as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in a full-time role working across two hospital systems. This position offers a diverse clinical experience managing patients in inpatient, outpatient dialysis, and clinic settings, with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Manage acute and chronic kidney-related conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide patient education and promote self-care
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams
  • Prescribe medications per state guidelines
  • Support quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Licensed NP or PA
  • Nephrology experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
