Position Details Evaluate and manage patients Monitor kidney function, lab results, hypertension, fluid balance, etc. and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.Coordinate care for patients with advanced kidney disease and those receiving dialysis, while providing education on kidney health, medications, and disease progression.
