About the role

Join a growing team of over 60 nephrologists and advance practice providers across more than 40 clinic locations in Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence-based kidney care while enjoying autonomy to shape your career within a physician-led organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered nephrology care
• Participate in a 1:4 weekend call rotation
• Collaborate with a large network of providers and advance practice professionals

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology
• Arizona medical license (or eligibility)
• J-1 waiver and H-1B visa sponsorship considered; fellows are encouraged to apply
