Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Utilize advanced technology and personalized care to treat sick infants
- Collaborate with a skilled team of neonatologists and healthcare professionals
- Manage a NICU with 29 beds and an average daily census of 14
- Deliver high-quality neonatal care tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain clinical excellence and adhere to best practices in neonatology
- Contribute to a supportive and innovative NICU environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatology
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
