Responsibilities

• Providing expert neonatal care within a collaborative team of 10 faculty members and 18 NNPs
• Teaching medical students and residents at a well-regarded medical school
• Ensuring high-quality patient outcomes with a focus on patient safety and comfort
• Maintaining a balanced schedule with low call commitments

Qualifications And Skills

• Board-certified or eligible in Neonatology
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Experience in teaching and mentoring trainees preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
