- 8-bed Level IIIA NICU with an active newborn service
- 1,800 annual deliveries and increasing
- Exciting future expansion: a new 47,000 sq. ft. BirthPlace, including a relocated NICU with 13 single-occupancy NICU beds
Responsibilities
- Prenatal consultations
- NICU and newborn coverage
- Delivery attendance
Work Schedule
- Balanced coverage model with a mix of in-house and at-home call
- Supported by experienced NNPs and PAs
- Each neonatologist covers one-third of monthly shifts, allowing for flexible scheduling and a healthy work–life balance
