Neonatologist

Responsibilities

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist to join our dedicated team in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity is part of a well-established 3-physician group caring for a 30-bed Level IIIb NICU, with an average daily census of 14. Our unit supports approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and admits around 330 NICU patients each year.

Requirements

This is a full-time opportunity. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in neonatology. Experience in a Level IIIb NICU is preferred.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong interest in teaching and mentoring trainees and colleagues. They should also be able to take on program development and leadership initiatives over time.

Skills

Strong clinical skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to patient care are essential.
