About the Role

Join a 400-bed facility as a Neonatal-Perinatal (NP) clinician in an inpatient setting, providing specialized neonatal care on a 24-hour in-house shift basis. This role offers a collaborative environment with experienced clinicians and comprehensive support staff, focusing on critical neonatal procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Providing inpatient neonatal care in a hospital setting
• Managing a variable caseload of neonatal patients
• Managing critical neonatal patients
• Performing all necessary neonatal procedures in the NICU
• Ensuring high-quality patient outcomes with support from nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative support
• Participating in 24-hour shifts with on-site responsibilities

Qualifications

• Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license
• Prescriptive authority
