About the Role
New Grad NNP Welcome! Join our dynamic group at Medical Group! Providing compassionate and life-changing care to newborns and their families across multiple NICUs in various locations.
Responsibilities
- Delivery attendance
- Day-to-day management of NICU and Newborn Nursery patients
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to provide collaborative, team-based care of NICU patients including but not limited to ventilator management, nutrition management, lab review, and meeting with families
- High-frequency ventilation (HFOV and HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia, pediatric surgery
- No cardiac surgery, except for PDAs; no ECMO
- Subspecialty support
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
- A minimum years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or equivalent experience as a physician in a neonatal setting
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to make decisions in high-stress situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining current knowledge of advancements in neonatal care

Pay
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
Schedule
12 or 24 hr. shifts for NNPs with flexible, self-scheduling
