About the role
Pediatrix is seeking a BC Neonatal Hospitalist to join their team at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, attached to Tacoma General Hospital. The position involves high-acuity NICU care with a focus on newborns and their families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dedicated group of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric specialists in a collegial and mission-driven environment.
- Rotate through Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup, gaining diverse clinical experience.
- Enjoy 24-hour in-house shifts with extended time off between rotations.
- Work in a high-acuity NICU with approximately 4,000 annual deliveries.
Qualifications
BC Pediatrics with prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
Benefits and Compensation
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $230,000-$250,000
