Neonatal Care Provider

Provide comprehensive management of a primary caseload of critically ill neonates and infants in a Level II NICU. Work independently and collaboratively with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Attend high-risk deliveries and other deliveries as requested to provide immediate specialized care. Responsibilities include: assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications and skills: clinical expertise in neonatal care, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
