Neodent Area Sales Director - East

About the role

The Area Sales Director will lead and implement strategies to grow Neodent USA's sales for surgical and restorative product lines. They will oversee regional sales teams, train and mentor them, and provide critical market insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements area business strategy to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Trains and coaches Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers in sales processes, leadership, and product knowledge.
• Monitors and implements Neodent's sales systems, including CRM and performance metrics.
• Assesses and coaches RSDs and TMs quarterly to ensure sales targets are met.
• Directs sales efforts to maximize revenue and meet business targets.
• Provides market information to senior management to ensure sales volume and profitability objectives are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years of sales management experience in medical device and/or dental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and auto insurance coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Dental B2B industry experience.
• Prior sales experience with physicians as the primary contact.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business planning skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.
• Proven track record of attaining sales goals and managing key accounts.
• Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Benefits

Very Competitive total compensation plans, including a base salary of $175,000 annually, with potential for additional commission up to $87,500.
