Neodent Area Sales Director - East

About the role

The Area Sales Director will lead and implement strategies to grow Neodent USA's revenue, focusing on surgical and restorative product lines. They will oversee regional sales teams, train and mentor them, and ensure alignment with company sales systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements area business strategy to meet annual sales targets.
• Trains, develops, and coaches Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers to enhance their sales processes, leadership, and overall performance.
• Monitors and implements Neodent's sales systems, including CRM, to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
• Assesses and coaches RSDs and TMs quarterly to improve sales performance.
• Directs RSDs and TMs to achieve individual and regional sales goals through KPIs.
• Develops and implements business growth strategies for the region.
• Co-travels with RSDs and TMs to assess performance and provide guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience with 4+ years of sales management experience in medical device and/or dental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and auto insurance coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Dental B2B industry experience.
• Prior sales experience with physicians as the primary contact.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business planning skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing key accounts.
• Proven capability with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
