Need Change Management Lead - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management plan that includes communication, training, and support strategies.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Create training materials and manage user training sessions for AEM.
• Monitor the success of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management for large-scale digital transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Experience with AEM or other enterprise content management systems is a plus.
