Need AEM Developer (Senior & Junior) - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Customize the AEM platform to meet WMATA's specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure that technical designs align with business goals.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Provide support for the migration of existing content to the AEM platform.

Qualifications

• Senior: 5+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development, including components, workflows, and integrations.
• Junior: 2+ years of experience with AEM or similar content management systems.
• Experience in Java, Sling, JCR, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) required.
• AEM certifications are a plus.
