About the role

Affect is a mental health provider expanding its services to include remote care. We seek licensed mental health professionals to join our team, offering therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
• Support members with a variety of mental health needs
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our EMR system
• Coordinate care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations

Requirements

• Active and verifiable license from LIMHP or LMHP, and state of residence if not Nebraska
• Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a trauma-informed approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
