NEBOSH L’Oréal Scholarship for Women in Health and Safety

Overview

NEBOSH and L’Oréal have collaborated to provide a scholarship to women in health and safety. Twenty bursaries are available, offering women aspiring to work or progress within the health and safety profession, paid-for study for the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

The prize is available in the English language only to women based outside of the United Kingdom. Winners must undertake a minimum of 65 taught hours plus 40 recommended self-study hours and approximately 2 hours of ad-hoc tutor support. The programme concludes with a with a two-step assessment process that consists of: An open book examination (OBE) to assess what you know A practical risk assessment to assess what you can do
