Location: Sauganash neighborhood, Chicago, IL (1.2 miles / 6 min drive from NEIU college campus)

About the role

We are a family looking for a responsible college student to care for our two daughters, ages 7 and 5, from 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm on Mondays and Thursdays (priority). Additional opportunities are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you are available.

Responsibilities

• Pick up both girls from different doors at the same Chicago Public School
• Provide snack and help with homework
• Light pickup and cleanup of the girls' things
• Pack lunch/snack for the next day
• Transport girls to after-school activities or play dates using our family SUV (safe driving record required)
• Walk to/from school when weather permits; drive when necessary

Requirements

• Babysitting or nanny experience with children of similar age or younger
• Minimum of 2 references
• Good driving record
• Verified college enrollment
• Background check required

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
