Start date: In 48 hours. Location: Chicago, IL 60614. Part-time, in-home babysitting role for a toddler who is not yet walking independently.

About the role

We're looking for a strong, attentive sitter to help with Arrya’s morning routine. Our home is a townhome with several staircases, so you must be comfortable and physically able to safely carry her up and down stairs. Arrya’s grandmother (age 70) will be present, but we’d love extra support to keep Arrya fed, engaged, and happily playing while I handle work calls from home.

Responsibilities

• Feed Arrya breakfast
• Play games, read books, dance, and engage her in active play
• Focus on one-on-one care and interaction (she loves dinosaurs, farm animals, music, dancing, and staying on the move)

Requirements

• Experience with childcare
• Passed background check
• Verified college enrollment or graduation
• Physically able to carry a toddler up and down stairs safely
