NDE / NDT - Level II Radiographer (CR) - Duluth, MN

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiographic Inspections.
• Occasionally, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects.
• Works independently or within team.
• Trains assistants on proper processes and procedures.
• Prepares reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Level II RT certification required with CR experience (CR is preferred).
• Other Level II NDT certifications and experience are beneficial and preferred (MT/UT/PT/VT).
• Post education in nondestructive testing preferred.
• Irradiation Safety Response (IRRSP) card for industrial radiography, preferred.
• 40 hour radiation safety training (RAD).
• TWIC badge a plus.
• Recent experience performing radiographic inspections, computed radiography experience preferred.
• Additional experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, and visual inspections is also preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experienced with NDT equipment.
• Experienced with NDT methods and procedures.
• Must meet or exceed ASNT-TC-1A Level II requirement for experience and education.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work off ladders and scaffold.
