Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards as per contract.
- Perform NDT methods: Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Penetrant (PT) Testing.
- Collect and process inspection data according to HMT and customer procedures.
- Drive a vehicle safely in oil and gas facilities and field sites.
- Use standard computer software such as MS Word and Excel.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, facilities, and coworkers.
- Follow HMT safety policies and procedures.
- Pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screen.
- Hold a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in interpreting NDT requirements, codes, and standards.
- Ability to perform Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Penetrant (PT) Testing.
- Proficiency with standard computer software (MS Word, Excel).
Qualifications and Education
- Must be able to pass HMT certification standards.
- Additional certifications (AMMFL, ACFM, SLOFEC) are a plus.
- Passport is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Trained in OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30.
- Respirator fit tested (current).
- CPR & First Aid certified.
