Flow Back Assistant Responsibilities

• Be always available via telephone.
• Able to work/stay away from home for multiple, consecutive days in a row.
• Follow instructions.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers.
• Perform under pressure.
• Maintain a respectable image.
• Report directly to supervisor.
• Operate pressure vessels.
• Operate pumps and filtration equipment.
• Drive company trucks and back trailers.
• Rig up/down flowback iron.
• Monitor well bore returns and use math to quantify storage tank levels and return rates.
• Communicate with co-workers and supervisor constantly.
• Clean/maintain equipment and property.
