About the role
The Defense & Homeland Security Division, based in Hanover, MD, is seeking an NCU Instructor with REPORTING credentials and a current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. This role involves delivering engaging, mission-aligned training for analysts in critical environments. The ideal candidate will translate complex concepts into accessible instruction to enhance analysts' operational effectiveness and competencies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements
- Facilitate learning to help analysts reach new levels of insight and performance
- Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs and skill levels
- Provide hands-on tutoring, including one-to-one training, quarterly seminars, and virtual training support (e.g., resolving course content issues and student questions)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to refine course content and training
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of mission areas and evolving analyst skill sets
Requirements
- Proven experience instructing or training professionals in mission-driven environments
- Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Minimum of thirty-six (36) months of relevant experience in the technical skill/area of expertise, such as:
- Network architectures of land-line, cellular, and satellite telephony systems
- Cell phone operating systems
- Satellite communication systems
- Computer-to-computer network communication
- Target research
- Tool fundamentals and other analyst tools
- Geolocation analysis
- Social network analysis
- Network characterization
- Reporting policies and technical reports
- Data science
- Adjunct Faculty certification preferred
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required

Pay
The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $170,000.00, depending on experience, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, competencies, education, and certifications.
