NCIS IT Project/Program Manager (Quantico, VA)
Position Summary
As a IT Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, management and execution of IT projects. Executing information technology projects by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Clearance Requirements
Must have an active Secret clearance and Top Secret/SCI eligible.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of IT projects.
- Manages budgets, day-to-day tasks, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within scope, specifically focusing on Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and Nautilus programs.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience
- 5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
- PMP, ITIL, or SCRUM certifications highly desirable.
Physical Demands and Expectations
- Travel will be required to support this task (up to 25% travel).
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting (up to 30 pounds), and standing.
- Occasional prolonged sitting.
