About the role

Nashua Community College is seeking adjunct instructors for the upcoming semester in the Biological and Health Sciences Department. Evening courses include Environmental Science (on-campus instruction only) and Earth Science (online course).

Responsibilities

- Teach specified courses as outlined in the schedule. - Maintain high standards of academic excellence.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in the specific subject or closely related field. - Three years of relevant work experience in teaching, business, or industry. - Teaching experience may be considered as part of the qualification.

Qualifications

- Must be eligible for employment within the New England states (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island). - Successful completion of a background check is required.

- Strong academic background. - Ability to teach both on-campus and online courses.

Benefits

- Salary range: $825-$975 per contact hour, determined by education and experience. - Eligibility for employment within the New England states.
