Responsibilities
- Schedule client appointments, ensuring accurate paperwork and procedures.
- Greet clients when they arrive, help them fill out paperwork, and collect payments and balances on patient accounts.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Handle medical insurance and coordinate patient referrals.
- Aid in clinical operations, such as weighing patients and setting up Resting Metabolic Rate testing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of medical front office experience (strong plus).
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with medical insurance.
- A passion for health and helping others.
- A positive attitude.
- Licensure/Certification/Affiliation: Current CPR Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of medical front office experience.

About the Role
The Front Desk Coordinator provides high-level customer service to all patients and serves as the general point of contact for all of a patient’s pre- and post-service needs. This role requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
