Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to help them understand their insurance and retirement options and select solutions that fit their needs.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients in the Charlotte community.
• Receive personalized mentorship and ongoing professional development.
• Learn proven sales, referral, and business-building systems.
• Build a book of business with renewal income.
• Create a career with the potential for leadership and long-term ownership.
• Work alongside one of the most consistently successful teams in the American Senior Benefits organization.

Requirements

• Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Driven to achieve personal and professional goals.

• Committed to serving clients with honesty and care.
• Licensed in life and health insurance—or willing to obtain the required licenses.
• Previous insurance experience is welcome but not required.

Pay

USD $41,500.00 - USD $101,000.00 /Yr.
