About the role

This Navy Programs Director is the principal leader responsible to the Federal Business Group for the growth of the United States Department of the Navy program. This role is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring effective programs including new business prospects, technical services, staff development, quality, production methods and standards in congruence with established company goals and objectives. Must effectively collaborate with company operational and business group leaders to identify and pursue opportunities. Must be capable of working with a broad spectrum of external stakeholders
