Overview of Position

Hiring range: $75,000/yr - 93,000/yr

Essential Functions

• Provide 1:1 high quality, specialized behavior intervention services to assigned individuals.
• Create and deliver treatment plan designs, interventions, documentation, and staff trainings.
• Design and conduct functional behavior assessments including functional analysis.
• Develop and implement Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services using the biopsychosocial and positive psychology framework.
• Seek medical consultation with subject matter experts for comprehensive client care.
• Ensure high quality services and adherence to best practice guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, track progress, and modify plans as needed.
• Identify and maintain appropriate links to support individual and family stability and health.
• Accurately and timely complete and maintain necessary documentation.
• Conduct monthly supervision hours for assigned clients, reaching 100% of contract hours.
• Develop and implement specialized training and instructional materials for staff.
• Deliver ongoing consultation in assigned residential home or facility, if applicable.
• Coordinate care with other systems and service lines, including therapy services, medical providers, school districts, and more.
• Complete quarterly or bimonthly reports for funding sources and present at IPP and IEP meetings.
• Plan and participate in intake and inactivation meetings per client needs.
• Initiate and provide ongoing communication to Director and Senior Navigator.
• Prepare and provide reports regarding monthly caseload status.
• Stay current on BACB standards, new research, and developments in autism and related fields.
• Collaborate with other Navigators to ensure consistency of service.
• Travel as required.
