Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) Instructor/Curriculum Developer - US with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will serve as an instructor and curriculum developer for various warfare and electromagnetic warfare courses at the USSF Guardian facility. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, assessing participant performance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for Space Electromagnetic Warfare, Cybersecurity Operations, Orbital Warfare, and Space Battle Management
• Audit and update training materials to ensure they are current and relevant
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and tactics in their field
• Collaborate with other instructors and program managers to improve training effectiveness

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
• Advanced degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Electromagnetic Warfare, Cybersecurity Operations, Orbital Warfare, or Space Battle Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
