About the Role

Works under general supervision of the Operations Manager and the Assistant Operations Manager. Assignments are received in terms of general objectives with a timeframe for completion. The incumbent is expected to complete assignments independently in accordance with existing directives and policies. The supervisor is usually, but not always, available to provide advice and assistance. Discusses controversial problems and matters of policy with the supervisor.
