Natural Gas Underground Utility Foreman

About the role

As a Gas Utility Foreman at Centuri, you will oversee the job site, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. You will also coach your crew, providing guidance on safety and quality of work, and assist with operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment and crews from start to finish
• Ensure resources are in place and the job is completed safely
• Coach on proper use and process to ensure safety and quality of work
• Oversee Dig Safe marking and coordinate any issues with utilities
• Support the crew by operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring
• Exhibit teamwork by completing paperwork, reports, and status updates
• Resolve work problems
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 2+ years prior experience in gas utility industry

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Quick/accurate hand-eye coordination
• Constantly alert and safe manner
