NATURAL BEAUTY SPECIALIST

Part-time position (16-24 hrs/week) at 925 Cole St, San Francisco, CA 94117.

About the role

We’re looking for stellar Estheticians and Beauty Specialists who possess can-do attitudes and a perpetual desire to expand their health & beauty knowledge base. Sales skills are important to succeed in this role, and having the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences is essential.

As a key member of our retail team, this is your opportunity to build your own brand and private practice. We encourage you to hand out your business card to everyone you chat with. We provide free samples and swag so you can speak knowledgeably about all the amazing lines we carry.

Responsibilities

• Apply make-up and color match for customers.
• Make suggestions and share your expertise to help clients feel beautiful and keep them coming back.
• Use products from Avene, Acure, Dr. Hauschka, evan healy, jane iredale, Juice Beauty, and more to conduct mini-facials and makeovers at our in-house makeup counters.
• Learn directly from our vendors via continuing education videos and trainings.
• Work on the retail floor, providing customers with tips, tricks, and knowledge to help them make educated purchases.
