Nationwide Catastrope Field Roof Inspector (CAT ROSTER)

About the role

Hancock Claims Consultants specializes in Ladder Assist and Property Inspection Services, collaborating directly with numerous insurance agencies for efficient claims management. As a Roof Field Inspector, you will be part of our dynamic network of independent contractors, conducting assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluating exterior and interior damage, and performing underwriting property inspections.

Responsibilities

- Safely navigate and inspect any type of roof, specifically steep and high roofs - Complete inspections in varied weather conditions - Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail - Provide strong customer service skills, especially when dealing with insureds - Possess an entrepreneurial spirit - Have a reliable Truck, Van or SUV with the ability to transport and carry at least a 32’ ladder - Have a Lidar equipped device or the ability to obtain one (such as an iPad Pro/iPhone 12 pro or greater) - Have demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams - Possess HAAG Certification (a plus) - Be able to obtain any required certifications or credentials to join our contractor pool

Requirements
