Your Role

Your role is to delight our customers each and every day with your talent and skills to provide access to our deaf community in a variety of settings. Effectively, accurately, and impartially conveying the thought, intent, and spirit of a speaker to deaf individuals. This includes a hybrid work experience as an on-site and virtual interpreter as a government contractor.

Demonstrate a guiding principle of continuous improvement, personal and professional development, and initiative. Be a role model in carrying out the company’s mission, vision, and values consistently. Continue to build and emulate the company’s culture of People first.

Make ongoing recommendations and solutions on improving systems, processes, and other administrative tasks. Be an advocate for yourself, team, department, division, and the company as a whole.

Essential Functions

Determines appropriate tools, information, resources, and training needed to resolve technical and instructional accessibility barriers.

Requirements

  • Hold National Certification from the Registry of Interpreters of the Deaf (RID).
  • Five years of experience is preferred.
  • Security Clearance Required.
