About the Opportunity:The National Trainer in the Educational Services team is responsible for managing and delivering strategic training initiatives across North America. This role ensures consistent, branded educational offerings to support regional teams, directly impacting the success and value of the organization’s Academy program by training over 10,000 customers annually through in-person and virtual sessions. 3. Responsibilities:Deliver educational sessions for strategic partners and customer accountsConduct engaging instructor-led and virtual trainingUtilize platform resources extensively (80-90% utilization)Analyze content needs for private training requestsIdentify training gaps through needs assessmentsProvide content review and classroom equipment supportSupport delivery of training across multiple business areasEvaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvementsAssist in onboarding new trainers and support trainer readiness 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 5 years of relevant experiencePositive attitude toward new projectsKnowledge of related products preferredAnalytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to develop and improve systems and processesStrong drive and self-disciplineCustomer service and relationship management skillsPublic speaking capabilityProficiency in Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with strong time managementEffective communication at all organizational levelsCreative problem-solving and confident decision-makingProactive and independent work ethic Valued but not required:Master’s DegreeTechnical product knowledgeExperience as technical trainer or project leaderBackground in Security/Information TechnologyIndustry certifications (e.g., PSP, CPP)Relevant professional certifications 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 OTE. Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
