National Security Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities
ISAG has a need for an experienced legal expert to support DoD’s input into both the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom processes. The candidate will support DoD’s Global Investment and Economic Security Office in the development of risk mitigation options and the monitoring and compliance of (CFIUS) mitigation agreements. Will support the review of mitigation compliance, which may involve domestic and international travel. The candidate will develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the mitigation of foreign investment risk in the areas of product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and technology transfer.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor's degree in the areas of Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security.
- 12+ years of total experience with 5+ years in matters involving compliance and monitoring.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
Qualifications
- Desired Experience in revenue recognition, technology transfer, Intellectual Property ownership, product integrity, and supply assurance.
- Military, Technology, or National Security law background.

Salary range: USD $145,000.00/Yr. - USD $185,000.00/Yr.
