Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary recruiter for experienced sales hiring across all office locations nationwide
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract experienced freight brokerage and logistics sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates within the 3PL industry
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations leadership to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide insight to leadership on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive recruiting activity within the logistics industry
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Assist with additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience within the third-party logistics or freight brokerage industry required
- Experience recruiting sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics sales structures, compensation plans, and industry terminology
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple openings and priorities independently
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across multiple office locations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
