Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with national and regional accounts across multiple industries
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build multi-stakeholder relationships with decision-makers and influencers (facilities, procurement, operations, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track leads, pipeline stages, and key account metrics
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client site visits as needed
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and innovations in the construction and pavement management space
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales success, experience managing high-value, multi-location, or multi-year accounts
- Strong relationship builder with consultative, trust-based sales approach
- Experience with longer sales cycles and strategic account development
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level decision makers
- Self-starter with a competitive drive and disciplined follow-up process
- Experience using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Industry experience (construction, property management, paving, or facilities) is helpful but not required
